Wow, this almost makes me want to go to Animefest. Actually in recent years, they have been getting better people to come and it's getting more recognition and getting known for thier concert guest.

I wish i was in the area, huge fan of Watanabe. (Already mentioned, but someone please correct the spelling on the main page, it's a shame and very unprofessional to have misspelling of such a key figure in the world of japanese animation on the main page of the site edit: thanks
 )
Besides his work on Bebop and Champloo, if you look at what he has done in Macross Plus & Detective Story/Kids Story, you can really see how his style transcends all his work, and connections between them. |
