ok, this is a fruits basket related question, but it doesn't matter if you like fruits baskter or not, i just need an answer! does anybody know what momiji's mom's name is??????? i have been looking forever and i can't figure it out!!

I don't think Momiji's mom's name had been mentioned in the Anime, er... anyway, I also had the same question but with a different character... "What's the name of Aoyama Motoko's sister?"
 Her name is still an enigma to me...

If you're questioning about the Anime, which I'm assuming, Momiji's mother's name was never specified. She was only reffered to as 'Mama' in episode 15, the only time she appeared.
His little sister's name is Momo, though. Anyway, if you're questioning the Manga, then perhaps his mother's name was mentioned, but I can't help you there. As much as I adore FB beyond belief, despite the fact that it's my favourite anime ever, I refuse to read the manga for reasons I can't spoil. Anyway, good luck in finding out. |

I read the manga but I don't remember her name being metioned. Momiji only calls her Mama and he is the one who explains his relationship with her to Tohru. I don't think her name is ever metioned but I've only read through volume 6 so I could be wrong. Sorry I wasn't much help.

I've got the manga up to vol.8, and so far Momiji's mothers name has not been mentioned - she is only referred to as "mama". And yes, Momiji does kiss Tohru on the cheek when he first meets her.
I don't think it's too likely that Momijis mothers name will be mentioned - she seems to be more of an example then a character. |
