Is the batman beyond return of the joker dvd coming out the uncut edition?

In Canada, it's already out uncut. It's been that way since the beginning. Of course, it's darned near impossible trying to tell the difference between the Canadian DVD and the American DVD, as I recall.

I heard something about an uncut release later this year from ToonZone... *digs for url*

April 23rd is when it comes out, theoretically.
