14.0% would be one of the lowest scores of all time and maybe even an all time low :

関西15．8％ --> Kansai

"15.8% rating in Tokyo's Kantō area" is incorrect information?

Just give us more Lupin vs Conan specials.
Use same group who made the first one.
Do not use the same Fujiko design from the first special.
Have Lupin actually antagonize Conan by stealing something that he needs for a cure that the Black Organization also wants.
JP will not read this sadly.

I'm in favor of this idea. I would also like to propose a special that involves Zenigata teaming up with Inspector Gadget to capture Lupin.

I always recommend to friends unfamiliar with Lupin to watch some of the TV series first. Most of the TV Specials/Movies/OVAs are pretty similar. How many times can Lupin go after THE MOST EPIC TREASURE EVER and still be memorable? The TV series tended to have more variety to it because not every episode had to be EPIC.

This latest special wasn't too bad. The new cast came off great.

Arsene Lupin even appears briefly in a flashback. I'd like to see TMS do a Monkey Punch-styled Arsene Lupin anime, since most English-speakers (and I suspect, young Japanese) know nothing about this character. Maybe even as a Lupin III prequel; have ancestors of Zenigata & Goemon show up.
