All right, Nintendo is finally going to bring the game to US. Now all we need is The Last Story, and Pandora's Tower to come to US and everybody happy.

Finally. The Wii has so many bad games that I'm surprised that it took this much of a fight to get the rare not-terrible Wii game to North America.

What are the frekin odds. I had the U.K. import on my shelf for a couple month's and just started to play it this week. I'm twenty hours in and loving it. I'll pick up the N.A. version and restart my play through. There's nothing wrong with the European version that I've seen but I'd rather play it with a localization that I'm more familiar with.
In my twenty hours I can say this is one of this generations best jrpg's along with Tales of Vesperia, Valkeryia Chronicles, Dark & Demon Souls and Resonance of Fate.

I'm guessing their fate will be tied to how successful Xenoblade is.
I really had no interest in ever buying another Wii game again...but Skyward Sword's reviews and now this are making strong arguments for me to change my mind.

Nintendo didn't use the same translation team that worked on the Xenosaga series, so I just hope whoever did it managed to catch any references.

And the PS3 & 360 don't?
I guess everyone's too busy shooting each other in the head online to notice (or care). |
I do agree that PS3 and 360 has it share of bad games and shovelwares. But the Wii has gotten more bad games and shovelwares then any console. I will agree the Wii had some good game (which some of them eventually got port to PS3 because of the Move. For example: House of the Dead: Overkill, No more Heroes, etc). But the problem with the Wii it doesn't have good title that the PS3 and 360 has like Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Bioshock, Grand Theft Auto, LA Noire, and 3rd party titles that you would find on the PS3 and 360.

Well at least Nintendo got the people that was involved with Operation Rainfall attention. Here's hoping this game would sell well in US.

Not sure about the chances of Fatal Frame 4 coming out, but this news about Xenoblade does seem to bode slightly well for the chances of The Last Story coming out here as well.

No one knows (aside from some people inside Nintendo), and I doubt anyone else ever will know.

Reggie more or less considers the Wii dead outside first party titles and is focusing on the Wii-U.
