Don't know whether this has been asked before but why was only 1 volume released? Are they planning on releasing any others because I liked the first volume. Mechanical designs are awesome in it

Its because the final episode hasn't been even produced yet, and Bandai is waiting on that final episode so they can produce the 2nd DVD, and put the last 3 episodes on it.

It is not known why Bandai Visual and Victor Entertainment is taking so long to produce episode 5.

Dear XXXXX,

Unfortunately, the plan to include the OVA was changed. We will be
releasing Mave-Chan as a separate DVD. However, we have no release date
information at the moment.

It´s actually good news for me cause I would love to check out this series. I´ve wanted to since I saw the promo for it on Blue Sub 6 Extra. Now I can get it in 2 volumes, or wait for a ¨box set¨.

There are 3 volumes to the whole serie (5 OVA with 1st and 5th of 45minte each).

No box set annonced, but I think it could be done with the release of the spin-off which is not present (finnally) in the 3rd volume.
