I agree, this was really a pleasant book. Though I'm obviously not averse to racier content in my BL it's also nice to see a story take its time and let the relationship grow more naturally. I'm very much looking forward to vol. 2, due out in late December.

I stumbled upon this title while browsing through Amazon one day and I must admit, its by far one of the best things I've ever read, in my opinion. The main characters are really easy to like and the story is so sweet that I found myself in tears at a few points xD

I'd like to see more titles as memorable as this one. Heartwarming stories like this seem to be rare finds for me in the Yaoi genre. Which is a shame, as much as I love it.

This series sounds just delightful! Please, please review the second volume when it comes out! This has definitely attracted my attention. I love sincere romances between adult characters (regardless of gender).

Thanks for the review, I'll definitely be picking this one up. It's nice to see BL that isn't full of rape and other genre cliches, and instead has a genuinely heartwarming story. I probably would've passed over it if it weren't for this.

The artwork is still cliché. But yes, it is great if there are no forced/rape sex scenes.

I hope to! I'm glad this review was able to turn people on to what is one of the sweetest stories I've had the pleasure of reading this year. MaxSouth is right that the art is pretty typical of yaoi manga, but it's an attractive style at least. But really, this story is all about the "d'awwww" factor. Wink
