Second season? Hmm, what kind of plot will this one have. It seems that the ending in the first season was satisfying enough. |

hopefully the ending doesn't suck this time around, or at least they make up their mind what kinda show it's trying to be exactly.

The ending was perfectly fitting. It started off as a light-hearted series, so it's only right that after the enemies are defeated, it ends as one.
I look forward to the next series. I hope the old crew makes a lot of cameos. It's no surprise that this is being made, either, as Nagi pretty much said that destroying the Hime star released something very unplesant. |

IS THIS TRUE?????
There's has so much buzzing about it on forums and such about whether or not it was true. Some even thought that it was an 'April-Fool's joke because of some info, they picked up off the site. And due to the fact that the last date of airing was 3/31. I'm not surprised. Considering how well it went over, I had a feeling that they might want to push 2nd series long before the show ended. It's just that I figured 26 episodes was enough and there was no reason to bother with a another season. But let's see how this next installment works out. It's going to be a tough trying to top season 1. |

And just think some "bloggers" thought that the girl who passed by was just eye candy. I went back just to see the end of that scene again. That was a set up if I ever saw one. You don't throw in a character out of nowhere unless you're setting viewers up for a (can you smell it?) sequel! If she was just passing by then she should have been passing by not looking toward the audience. They wouldn't have spent that amount of seconds where you could get a good look at her. Unless they were sick and twisted.
 And yes I still believe that 'Baku-Ten' will one day get a sequel! 
I guess a new cast of characters now. But I just into liking the first batch. Will I like the new batch just as much. The old gang kind of grew on me. I'll miss the crazy trio of Mai, Natsuki and Mikoto. Oh, and crazy 'Midori' too. 
But again they did say this was a show about school girls. What new saga will the new cast have to deal with while attending 'Fuka Academy?'

Mai Hime is a new anime? i couldn't find it in the anime index, has anyone noticed or is it a different name? Can someone tell me what it's about please, i've been interested for along time. Does it have something to do with a monster on school grounds?

It is in the encyclopedia as... Mai Hime or My Hime. Either one works.
