The blonde hair made me think of Celese. Doesn't she have green hair in certain photos?

That's what I thought too... And yeah she had green hair in the game.... idk... the comparison pic looks like cellese too. .....
(after a google search..) ah I guess its right I remember her having blond hair in the Anthology pre-menu movie... Always thought that was weird, considering her ingame sprite has green hair... |

Tina is blond in every original art by Yoshitaka Amano. Just the game sprites had green hair. |

Sure, but everyone always has either blonde or white hair in Amano's stuff, so...
Terra without green hair just isn't Terra at all. That said, it is a wonderful cosplay. |

So pretty! I love all the attention to detail in the sleeves and jewelry. Gorgeous!!
Also Terra is my favorite FFVI character, so I'm just happy that she's getting some love!

It's pretty well established at this point that Terra has blonde hair, hence her appearance in the past two Dissidia games. |

The Play Arts figure on my shelf has her with blonde hair, and since this costume is based off of the Amano art and Dissidia appearances, it's very well done.
And this is a great cosplay. |

I'm in the middle of playing the game for the first time, and I can't say I recognized her as the character myself, official artwork or not.
Nice costume, though.

The ingame sprites are far from canon. Cecil had short purple hair in Final Fantasy IV, while his official art had long white hair. Guess what the remake and every other Final Fantasy spin-off went with?
