Uh, no, it's Digital Manga and Dark Horse which is publishing volume 35. Anyway, the new Caska seiyuu sucks.

Eh. I have very mixed feelings on the visuals we've seen so far. On the one hand, the first ten seconds of the trailer where the characters are just standing around look beautiful. The latter part looks pretty brutal though. Blatantly obvious CG inserts that aren't even close to blending in or looking good.
Mind you, the action scenes in the second trailer and the other (earlier trailers) looks a fair bit better. Griffith and Guts look great and beast form Zodd looks okay at least. Human Zodd look just atrocious though. Oh well. I'd say that this at least has the potential to look pretty good if they clean up a few parts and in any case I'm fairly glad to jut be getting a new Berserk anime. |

I dunno why they don't just release the original show on Blu-Ray, since I can't tell it apart from the movie, anyway.

Like everyone else, I'm not too pleased with the CG. However, I'm going to look away because of the chronic industry problems.
CG use in their animation TV & film industry is behind their video game counterparts due to lack of talent. If this movie was drawn like Redline or upcoming Letter to Momo, animating alone would take 4 to 5 years. Studio 4°C's CG is used to be pretty good. I wonder what happened to them. |

They were mocking around in those two ads. First one was saying how much they love Berserk while the second one was saying how the new volume is out, I found it funny but a bit misplaced? xD |

I actually thought voice at the beginning of the first one was Charlotte. Casca seems spot on in the second one.
Is there a cast list yet? |

First ad it's Charlotte and Casca confession their love for Berserk while in the second one Casca is saying how the new volume is coming out.
