Compared to years past this is kinda a weak haul. But I'm sure these shows have fans and I'm glad whenever new anime is made available.

B Gata H Kei actually got licensed? I thought that would have as much of a chance of getting licensed as KissxSis does. Especially since the premise at the beginning of the show was her having a goal of sleeping with 100 guys.

Asobi ni Ikuyo! was one I kinda figured would get licensed soon. Although I think that the english translated title("We've Come to Play") sounds better than "Cat Planet Cuties".

The news story needs to be revised for Baka to Test Season 2. The story makes it sound like they only got the DVD/Blu-ray rights. When the actual press release mentions that they'll also be simulcasting it when it airs starting next week.

B Gata - really? I remember seeing a few episodes awhile back and it just seemed ok, not that funny. Maybe I didn't watch enough? Yamada's First Time? huh, I guess that's supposed to be catchy.

Deadman Wonderland- I sort of enjoy the show (less now than when it first started), but I guess it depends on how it ends before I consider it a buy.

Steins Gate - have not seen it. Heard mixed things, so I may have to preview it.

Cat Planet Cuties - Uh, sounds like a bad porn title. I'm a little burnt out on cat girls, fox girls etc. I think I'll pass.

Oh well, title regardless, you can bet I'm going to get this Blu-ray, without a doubt.

They mauled Asobi's title too. "We've come to play: Cat Planet Cuties" works much better, imo.

Deadman Wonderland, Baka and Test season 2 and C are must gets for me. Though I do have to wonder why they didn't pick up Anohana considering it is a noitaminA show and funi seems to have a good relationship with them. Confused Oh well.... might pick up Steins Gate and B Gata H Kei if I like them when funi puts them up streaming.
But I don't care for Asobi ni Iku yo.

Excellent pickups by Funi. Nice consolation after not getting the big fish (a.k.a. Madoka). I'll be getting Steins;Gate, Baka to Test 2 (wonder if they'll release the 2 OVAs), and probably Asobi ni Ikuyo! which was very underrated.

I'm currently watching DW on Crunchyroll, and I kinda got bored of it.

yes the anime version of 40yrs old virgin aka B Gata H Kei get license & dub by funi?!

oh yes indeed now got to wonder which funi va are going cast in really imagine like of luci, colleen, brina, jamie, brittney, cherami, monica, carrie, etc saying i want 100 (bleep) buddies?!

oh well so wanting to hear dub on it.

somebody is being lazy and posting the same thing on different forums.
so I will respond the same here Razz

I think monica rial would love to voice this one, she loves to voice crazy characters,

she did an interview that was an extra feature on the steel angel kurumi discs, and she said as soon as she read that the second steel angel was in love with the first steel angel kurumi, she wanted to do the part of the lesbian steel angel,

now granted I may be embellishing the statement a little, but she loves doing crazy parts in anime

Wow...Just wow...

But that means that we may have to wait for at least a year or so before being released on DVD/BD. :/

Looks forward to getting all of 'em. Smile

C and Steins;Gate are definite buys and with a good dub, production and price point I would buy Deadman Wonderland.

I prefer if funi focused on One Piece and Sgt.Frog.
They already grabbed Otoshimono and Rosario which I see nothing of in dub, why more fanservice junk?
Steins Gate I could get into, additionally I would like a dub of xxxholic kei and D gray man's second season.
I like fanservice anime but I prefer if shows with a great plot were dubbed.
The only good thing about B Gata getting a dub is if they get the uncut version.

Good to see B Gata H Kei picked up, with a BD release to boot. Not liking the english name, but it's to be expected with the pun title. Nice to see more disc releases in general.

Maybe because Aria sucks? Razz + Twisted Evil

Not really. I mean, if you don't like gun-toting loli's I can respect that, but I happen to like them alot.

I prefer the aria manga, all j.c. staff did was cookie cutter/copy paste show they have been doing since 2005. I did find some enjoyment from it but still. Stein's gate and dead man wonder land are a must buy from in IMO and the others are maybe's as well it just depends.
