lol I love it when someone finds an excuse to post wii sales numbers, but it's probably the least used system in the world, for everything. Well unless you count propping up uneven tables.

Dunno where they got their numbers for 360 and PS3, but 360 is currently outselling PS3 by about 3.5 million worldwide.

Not to ruin your joke, but the last Idolm@ster on 360 bombed. The software market for 360 in Japan is non-existent at this point.

It sold 36k copies in its first week. Certainly it's lower than the original's 48k copies sold, but I'm not sure I'd say that it 'bombed'. Idolmaster seems more suited for the PSP, I think I remember an Idolmaster game selling around 200k copies for the PSP.

Generally the sequel is expected to sell better than the original As it didn't, there were a bunch of copies of Idolm@ster 2 in the bomba bins for clearance prices.

VGchartz is not acceptable at wikipedia for inaccuracy. Which says a lot.
More importantly the 360 has shipped more than PS3 but sales for either are hard to quantify.

Heheh, that's what they get for inserting male pop in male otakus' fantasy fap game!
Game industry global consensus is 360 still outpaces PS3, though sales are now tied or a bit in favor of PS3 in Europe, but in America, 360 will be safe from PS3 for quite some time.

I'd just like to point out that the Xbox 360 numbers include units "shipped". That means all those replacement systems for every flipping single RROD. I know quite a few people who went through 5-6 360s. I myself was on my third system before I finally stopped trying. I'm really curious what the number of "working/in use" systems are, rather than number of systems shipped, or even sold...
