Angel Beats BD for sure, but I don't have to pick it up right away.

Yea, them not dubbing the in songs knocks it down a few rungs on the ladder. I'll probably pick it up at a later date, a date where my wish list isn't so big (damn you summer!).

This summer will be the most expensive summer ever for buying Anime. So many good titles coming out. I cannot wait. Very Happy

Since June is a heavy month anime wise for me, I think July is either going to be anime purchase free (I will probably pick up some manga), or go after the cheaper titles I want for my collection), or I will focus on buying video games.

Or the other choice which will probably be the choice I make which I start saving some cash for the potential surgery in the fall.

Absolutly will replace my Angel Beats! Bootleg with an R1 Release. However, there is no rush. Out of everything that I have, I enjoyed this series the least despite Yui's antics. Not even sure if I will watch it after I replace it, but its a must own at least as a collector.

Kinda disappointed they aren't making Angel Beats! a Blu-Ray/DVD combo. I want to check out this series, but my brother only plans on buying the Blu-Ray (since he plans on setting up his computer for Blu-Ray by the end of June). However, my laptop can only view DVDs, so I won't be able to watch it unless I pick it up myself or TAN places it on-demand.

Ah well. Still should get a chance to see it anyway.

Orphen is currently running on Netflix, so no purchase there until I check it out.

As for Angel Beats, not so sure right now. Will need to further myself into it and hope it's worthy of a purchase.

But if a single one of these is packaged into a stackpack clamshell, forget it.

Odd but I have to admit that until now I hadn't been aware of subtitle issues on the Orphen discs. But I will say that since I have heard, yes we are going back and addressing that issue with the new discs.

In addition to that, the re-release is getting a new packaging: "a multi tray style case" (the original release had 2 STACKpaks with a sleeve).

Oh, thank goodness they're re-releasing Orphen. I noticed earlier this week that the previous S1+S2 collection was out at RightStuf and nearly screamed in frustration. It's been on hold for a while since I'm catching up with other things, but I did want to get it.

I still have the S1 disc 5 & 6 singles that I got... uh, probably over 7 years ago (maybe... I'm not certain). Discs 1, 2, and 4 were at a local Blockbuster that I rented, and I bought the last two at the local Suncoast before it went under. I don't think I ever saw disc 3. But I've been meaning to replace those two discs with the full set for a while now.

Maybe Angel Beats some day. Perhaps Hidamari Sketch if I ever get around to buying the first two seasons and like them.

I've been wondering a lot about Section23 and Orphen. I've heard that there's another Orphen season, called Sorcerous Stabber Orphen: Up & Down, but I haven't seen anything related to it ever. Is there any chance they'll ever pick it up?
