Also, nude bodysuits = FAIL. Seriously, if your gonna do a risque character/outfit, covering up the exposed skin only ruins the cosplay.

It's not only modesty, the differences in skin tone is painfully obvious between the crotch area and the face.

Ah, the robot. Yeah, if that robot is full size, the cosplayer would be maybe 20 or 30 feet tall.

For the the things that were wrong in that picture... the face was the most obvious. She simply does not look anything like Motoko.

Heh, I could pick apart the cosplayer but I hardly ever see anyone doing the Major, so my own personal bias for GITS is gonna let her slide.

That tachikoma is interesting... it looks like she created it to have a functioning hatch (or maybe I'm mistaken?). I'd love to see what level of detail she put into the interior... but what's with that chain?

Wow, that Fuchikoma is uber-detailed for its size. How does someone even conceive to piece together something like that? I can only wonder at what it's made of, looks like it must be some sort of light material... or is it inflated?? I really have to hand it to whoever put that together.

At first I thought she was cosplaying a Vocaloid, but overall that's a pretty good Major Kusanagi. Anime smile
