I'd like to look this up but I'm not going to get many good search results for "TO".

I really looked forward to this Anime, but it was rather disappointing.
The graphics are truly amazing, and I loved the character and mechanical designs, but this title had its problems. Neither story was all that great - at best basic and uninspired, with little justice done for the Sci-Fi setting - and the faces of the characters looked really plasticky. The poor effort that went into matching the dialogue to the CG mouth movements is quite noticeable at times. The characters, especially in the first story, were pretty generic and nothing interesting was done either with them or to them. I guess the biggest flaw was the very short run-time of both stories, which made for a pretty work but one that simply could not fit in anything of substance.
I guess the silver lining of this announcement is that hopefully this Anime will find its way to New Zealand shelves and I can cross off another title that I need to acquire (if only to do my moral and economic duty and avoid being yet another leech).

Well that's rather concerning. I haven't seen To yet but this sounds a whole lot like my complains about Vexille.

Well then I'm also worried, because I have yet to watch Vexille however I own it on DVD. If such similarities really do exist between the two then I may have wasted my money.
See, this is why I like to try before I buy as much as possible. Although, I guess it's my own darn fault for blind-purchasing instead of reading reviews and getting opinions from forum-goers beforehand.
