I'm not sure if I should should post this here or the manga section, since it seems to contain both according to Amazon. Is the English version just a collection of short stories and/or previews or what?

It's mostly a collection of short stories. It also contains a preview of Nisioisin's xxxHOLIC: Another Holic novel, some interviews, and some manga, but the manga ( full color) is a very small part of the book. Overall it's pretty good.

It's good, but my main complaint is that it is very gender-biased towards men. Pretty much no female authors are featured, apart from an essay or two.

I haven't read this manga:) But when I saw the title my first thought was that is sounds like the book I had to read at school. So I googled it and I was right:) If any of you have also read the original Faust could you please compare the two of them ? Which one is better, and if the plot has been changed in manga?
