Just IMHO...
FLCL and Black Jack: Clinical Chart, because they're both just too damn short. Moribito, because the whole series was adaptation of 1 book...out of a 9-book series! |

Well lol, as some of you might be able to tell I love Spice and Wolf and season 2 was concluded with plenty of openings for a season 3 (in fact, I'd say we need a season 3) especially considering there are 15 light novels and and the two seasons of anime only cover the first 4. But besides that, its just such an awesome show that I want to see more. This is the anime that inspired me to learn to read Japanese, just so I could read the light novels
 so bring on the sequel!

i would like to see on my screen new Full Metal Panic! and Code Geass.I saw on some therd that there will be movie of Full Metal Panic but with that actor it will suck ... i love this showes and there is plany of space for new seasons.Allso saw a rumors of Code Geass R3 but it is unsure...

One series Id like to see more developped is Gantz, but as it is in the manga, rather than miltiplying pointless archs. I have followed the manga for a bit, and the storyline was so much more interesting than the series, unfirtunately.
But apart from that, the shows I really loved finished the way they finished, and much as I like rewatching them, I dont think I would like them to go on and on and on. Sometimes it's better to finish at one point and do not go any further. |

I'd like to echo the sentiments of wanting/needing a new Spice and Wolf season.
Also, I know there's some new Kampfer anime project in the works, and I'm hoping that's a season 2 in the making. |

Ouran Highschool Host Club needs another season, thats self explanatory.
Ghost Hunt was good and entertaining, there could be more cases. Sukisho ended perfectly, but it was too short. Tokko, this one was not ever fair. It just ended with spoiler[Saya getting kidnapped and Ranmaru storming out of the screwed up apartment, that was a terrible ending! Nothing more to it! You don't know what happens next...it just leaves you hanging...] Air Gear, it could go one like the manga did (not like I read it but still)... Gravitation could have another season, but its not really needed, it had a fine ending. Thats about it for now... |

I'll jump on the Ouran High School Host Club train too. But the manga seems to be closing on an ending so I can be patient until the manga finishes up.
After rewatching it, I'd like another season for Working!! just because I feel a little invested in the relationships in the show and like to see where they go. Not just a 2nd season but a revamp, I'd like to see H2 come back. Cross Game was so well done, it be great to see H2 handled in the same manner. Done with way less of a "Japanese teen drama" feel the first H2 series had that drastically changed the overall feel the manga series had. I'd like another short series or OVA run for Sadamitsu the Destroyer to finish up the manga storyline. Another Casshern series would be nice. Maybe this time a bit more straightforward though. I wanna say another Guyver series... but it gets weird as it goes on. From a fighting aliens to giant fighting aliens... The Guyver's power ups just get kind of ridiculous like the author ran out of ideas but felt he need power ups still, being a shonen-ish series. The main reason for wanting the 2nd series is just because the first one had a pretty horrible ending. A season run for Negima might be nice now that the OVAs are following the manga more now. I might even be okay with a another revamp. But I'd definitely vote against another season of FLCL and Cowboy Bebop. Both were great the lengths they were and it best not to ruin a great thing by beating a dead horse or whatever the say is. |

Ghost Hunt needs a movie or OVA to finish the story line since the magna is at an end. Squid Girl needs to have a Full season being only 12 episodes long it needs a full 24-26 season arc. I have no idea how far along the manga is though in japan.
I would love to see read or die tv get a second season. The paper sisters are great resource for stories. |

Having just gotten through watching Birdy the Mighty Decode (both 01 and 02), I think it definitely needs another season. There are several Big Picture issues left unaddressed: the person behind the Central Dome attack, and also issues around the Union and the Federation.
We may have to wait, though. I believe the manga is still ongoing and I doubt there's enough material from which to create a new anime. |

The Shadow Star Narutaru anime animates only the first half of the manga series, and the show itself feels incomplete - plot threads are picked up and remain unresolved at the end of the show, partiuclarly spoiler[the kids planning genocide with their invincible "dragon-childs"]. Another thirteen episodes would be able to clear that up, plus many other plot points that were not resolved.

I second this. Great characters and great writing Spice and Wolf is definitely head and shoulders above most anime and deserves as many seasons as it can provide fresh material for |

series that need a sequel, Getbackers we need to finish up the large hole in the series to ending, Durarara needs another season sicne we have too many things we need to get more out of it since the 24 eps left you still with some questions especially about celty.
Last and for sure we need another season for Ore no Imouto, just to short for a series with so much promise. |

LOL I love how this thread runs all the way back to 2006 and keeps getting resurrected every six months or so. It just had its 5th birthday!
Back on topic, the show Skip Beat! really needs to have another season! The show was halted so abrubtly and there is plenty of source material left in the original manga. Two years out, the likelihood of a sequel is slim, but I would be excited to see news of one! And another ditto for a continuation of Spice and Wolf. The story was quite charming and the setting as well as the use of economics as plot development were quite unique. I would love to see more of the story animated as I'm not prone to reading Japanese light novels. |
