This name is oddly entered, with the family name "Tsuda" in all caps and entered as a given name, and the given name "Naokatsu" entered as a family name. So, it should be reversed and without the forced capitalization on the family name. I was trying to check and see if there were any other oddly-entered names around when this was first entered, but I don't see any, so either it was an isolated mistake or the others have already been cleaned up.
It doesn't seem "Naokatsu Tsuda" has been created yet, or any variant readings of the given name. I could purge these and add them to a new correct person, but I thought I would wait on this in case someone who can merge or re-direct this to the correct name wants to do it. The reversed name won't be needed for anyone else (and if it did, the caps problem would need to be corrected anyway). |

http://www7.atwiki.jp/anime_wiki/pages/87.html gives this person's reading as 津田 尚克 (つだまさかつ？) indicating the name might be TSUDA Masakatsu (which ANN doesn't have either).
ANN has no other 尚克 and no other Naokatsu so I just set the kanji name there (while scanning for kanji-less persons in White Album) as 9 credits apparently were okay with this reading already. Wikipedia has both a Naokatsu and a Masakatsu (search for マサカツ) person for these kanji as given name. |

Doing Google searches, I found at least one other person that was a "Naokatsu". Atwiki doesn't seem sure of his name reading with that question mark there, so I'm in favor of just keeping the current reading, but in correct order. |
