Ignite Your Battle Spirit - Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero Trailer Introduces Roster Additions From Android and Cell Sagas

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. introduced additions to the character roster from the legendary DRAGON BALL Z sagas, the Android Saga and Cell Saga, in the latest DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO trailer. Developed by Spike Chunsoft and harnessing the power of Unreal® Engine 5, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO promises lightning-paced combat, large destructible environments, and stunning visuals powered by new-gen platforms to deliver the sequel to the DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI series fans have been waiting for after a more than a 15-year hiatus. DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will be released on October 11, 2024, on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam®. The new trailer introduces characters from the iconic Android Saga and Cell Saga from DRAGON BALL Z. The Android Saga and Cell Sagas follow the Z Fighters as they face off against powerful androids created by Dr. Gero and against the ultimate life form, Cell. New roster additions include iconic villains like Mecha Frieza, King Cold, Android 17 and 16.

Additionally, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will include Cell in the roster along with all of his Dragon Ball Z forms: First Form, Second Form, and Perfect Form.

Marking the return of the revered BUDOKAI TENKAICHI DRAGON BALL fighting game franchise, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO brings the series forward to a new era by pushing the envelope for gameplay and features in an arena brawler. The game's gravity-defying fights capture each DRAGON BALL character's signature destructive powers and Ki abilities, all showcased in stunning detail with damage capable of destroying entire parts of the arena.
