Crunchyroll Announces More Japanese Smart Phone Application
San Francisco, Calif. (June 15, 2011) – Crunchyroll, Inc., has partnered with Marvelous Entertainment (MMV) to announce the launch of Japanese smart phone applications designed exclusively for title-specific anime streaming. Together, Crunchyroll and Marvelous will make 11 EYES, DEMON KING DAIMAO, HAPPINESS!, MYSELF;YOURSELF, KONO AOZORA NI YAKUSOKU WO, and SCHOOL DAYS available for streaming on Android applications in Japan. These are six (6) Crunchyroll smart phone applications that have launched in Japan in addition to ORETACHI NI TSUBASA WA NAI – WITHOUT WINGS - UNDER THE INNOCENT SKY and HOSHIZORA E KAKARU HASHI – A BRIDGE TO THE STARRY SKIES that was launched this spring. Users will be able to access and download the application from the Android storefront immediately in Japan.
