Business alliance strengthens GONZO Rosso Online's

GDH K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Shinichirō Ishikawa, Securities Code: TSE Mothers 3755, hereafter GDH) has announced that GONZO Rosso Online K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Managing Director: Hideki Moriya, hereafter GONZO Rosso Online), a GDH group company focused on the online game business, and TIS Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Susumu Okamoto, Securities Code: TSE/OSE 1st Section 9751, hereafter TIS) have concluded a business alliance to enhance GONZO Rosso Online's online game infrastructure.

GONZO Rosso Online will receive technological support and consultation as well as capital funding from TIS, one of the leading system integration companies in Japan, to optimize its system design, development, and management. GONZO Rosso Online has so far developed and provided popular online games Knight Online and Master of Epic - The Resonance Age Universe. The strong support from TIS in technology solutions will complement GONZO Rosso Online's network infrastructure, which forms the foundation of its online game services, and further improve the reliability and security of these services. GDH will transfer 1,500 of the 19,500 GONZO Rosso Online shares to TIS. TIS, as a result, will acquire 6.3 % of GONZO Rosso Online's outstanding shares.

GDH has entered the online game business through GONZO Rosso Online. In addition to improving the quality of GONZO Rosso Online's content assets, GDH hopes to strengthen its information systems infrastructure to continue providing innovative entertainment services.
