COSPLAY CHALLENGE STARTED TO RECOGNIZE COSPLAY IN CANADA
The Canadian Cosplay Challenge is open to Canadian citizens who wish to show off their costuming abilities in a friendly competition.
July 17, 2005 - The Canadian Cosplay Challenge has been established to promote Canadian cosplayers. Prizes will be awarded in four categories: Best Male, Best Female, Best Crossplayer, and Best Group. ABOUT KAKUMEI MEDIA & THE CANADIAN COSPLAY CHALLENGE: Kakumei Media consists of six roommates/con-attendees in British Columbia. Fed up with the lack of recognition for cosplay in their country, they have established The Canadian Cosplay Challenge to promote the high-quality costumes from the country they love.
