Shogakukan Asia announced on Monday that it has licensed Hiroshi Noda and Takahiro Wakamatsu's No Longer Allowed In Another World (Isekai Shikkaku) manga, and will release the first volume in August.

Shogakukan Asia describes the manga:

While trying to ‘unalive’ himself, an author is spirited away to another world where he is suddenly proclaimed a hero!

But rather than embrace the chance to embark on the adventure of a lifetime, his only desire is to find his missing lover, return to his world and end his life properly.

Saddled with a depressed man with zero battle skills, no ambition and a morbid desire for death, can his new companions survive this ‘Chosen One’ and save their world while they're at it?

The Love After World Domination manga duo Noda and Wakamatsu launched the manga on Shogakukan's Yawaraka Spirits website in October 2019. Shogakukan published the manga's 11th compiled book volume on June 28.

The manga is inspiring a television anime adaptation that premiered on July 9.

Love After World Domination inspired a TV anime that premiered in April 2022. The manga ended in November 2022.
