Hero's Magazine's 10th Anniversary Projects Include Manga for Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin Game, Tatsunoko

The official website for Hero's Inc.'s Comiplex website revealed on Tuesday the new manga that will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hero's Inc.'s Monthly Hero's magazine.
Jiji & Pinch will launch a manga based on Edelweiss and Marvelous, Inc.'s Sakuna: Of Rice And Ruin (Tensui no Sakuna Hime) game on November 26. Marvelous is supervising the manga. The manga is titled Tensui no Sakuna Hime: Ikusa Datara no Kamigami.
Edelweiss' side-scrolling action platformer game Sakuna: Of Rice And Ruin launched for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC in November 2020. XSEED Games released the game in English, and it describes the story:
Players take on the role of Sakuna, a proud yet lonely harvest goddess who is banished to a dangerous island with a group of outcast humans. Sakuna tames the island by defeating demons using farm tools as weapons while chaining attacks with her “celestial scarf,” a magical item that allows her to grapple distant enemies and platforms.
Additionally, the website will launch a Tatsunoko 60th Anthology manga on November 26. Each month the website will publish a manga for a different anime from Tatsunoko. Tatsuma Ejiri will draw the first manga for the Gowapper 5 Godam television anime, titled Shinyaku Godam Gowapper 5.
Other new manga include Kōta Kakinuma's Yūrei-iro no Nichijō starting on November 5, Tsunaminoyū's Yakuiyo! Araku Shumi starting on November 12, and Keita Shirai's TERA-men starting on November 19.
Monthly Hero's launched in November 2011, and all the manga in the magazine moved online to Comiplex at the end of 2020.
