Muse Asia describes the anime:

A fantasy tale of the girl who defies fate and the “Keeper of Shadow”.
A young girl, Baileu Ton, was caught up in a mysterious incident as soon as she arrived in England.
As if being led in, she wandered into Café Forbidden, which secretly opened at midnight.
The store was surprisingly staffed by a vampire named Vlad, a werewolf named Luke, a Jiangshi named Tauryuu, and Wayne, who calls himself a ghost…
Yes, they were those what is often called “Non-human”. Moreover, these four were actually members of a secret organization working on “certain specialized cases”!
Around Ton, the quiet night of London dramatically changed. This is an unusual fantasy were many different ideas intertwined.

The anime premiered in Japan in July 2018.

Kunihiro Mori (Mars Daybreak) directed the anime at LIDEN FILMS. Fumiaki Maruto (How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend, Classroom Crisis) and Shunsaku Yano handled the series composition. Maruto is also credited with the original story, and Yano is also credited with the world setting. Hidari (Fire Emblem Echoes -Shadows of Valencia-) designed the characters, and Megumi Yamashita adapted the designs for animation. Z-Ton (AntiMagic Academy "The 35th Test Platoon") handled the creature design.

Haruta Mayuzumi launched a manga set before the anime's story on LINE Manga in March 2018.
