Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain PS4 Game Also Launches Globally on April 11

D3 Publisher announced that its Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain PlayStation 4 game will launch globally on April 11, the same day it launches in Japan. The game will be available digitally in both a standard edition and an "ultimate edition."

The EDF series moves away from its traditional series and into new territory with this new project. Developed by YUKE'S, with a theme song by Takashi Niigaki and creatures designed by Ryu Oyama for an EDF game that has never been seen before. Welcome to Earth Defense Force: Iron Rain. Set on planet Earth devastated by war, this new adventure joins the EDF as they continue to battle to save the world.
D3 publisher released the Earth Defense Force 5 PlayStation 4 game in the West on December 11. The game launched in Japan in December 2017.
