SB Creative published the first volume of the Goblin Slayer dark fantasy novel series in February 2016. The company published the seventh volume on March 14 and the eighth volume is slated for October 11. Noboru Kannatsuki illustrates the novel series.
Yen Press has licensed both the novels and Kōsuke Kurose's manga adaptation, and it describes the series:
A young priestess has formed her first adventuring party, but almost immediately they find themselves in distress. It's the Goblin Slayer who comes to their rescue--a man who's dedicated his life to the extermination of all goblins, by any means necessary. And when rumors of his feats begin to circulate, there's no telling who might come calling next...
Yen Press is also publishing Kento Eida's Goblin Slayer Side Story: Year One manga in English. Yen Press launched the manga last September, on the same day the manga premiered in Japan. The company is also publishing the Goblin Slayer! Brand New Day spinoff manga simultaneously with Japan.
