Absolute Duo Manga's Shinichirou Nariie Draws Character Designs, Manga for New Project

Shueisha, game developer Altplus (The Idolm@ster SideM, Sora to Umi no Aida), and manga creator Shinichirō Nariie revealed on Monday that they are launching a collaboration project titled Sin-en Resist. The project's website is streaming a "concept video" for the project.
The project will launch this summer.
Altplus is credited for overall direction, planning, production, and the original concept, while Shueisha is credited for the planning and scenario. Altplus will launch a smartphone game for iOS and Android devices this year. Nariie is drawing the character designs, and will also launch a manga adaptation of the project. avex entertainment is the sound producer.
The project's official website is listing the 25 characters and one animal who will appear in the project. The project's story features men in a dystopian world who are rebelling, and their friendships.
Nariie launched a manga adaptation of Takumi Hiiragi-Boshi's Absolute Duo light novel series in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine in July 2013, and ended it last July. Kadokawa shipped the manga's fourth and final compiled book volume last September. Seven Seas licensed the manga, and shipped the third volume on April 3.
