Kamen Rider Amazons Series Gets Film in Spring 2018

The Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL Build & Ex-Aid with Legend Rider film opened in Japan on Saturday, and the film's end credits revealed that the Kamen Rider Amazons web series will get a sequel film tentatively titled Kamen Rider Amazons - Kanketsuhen (Final Chapter) in spring 2018.

Returning cast members from season one include Tom Fujita as Haruka Mizusawa/Kamen Rider Amazon Omega, Masashi Taniguchi as Jin Takayama/Kamen Rider Amazon Alpha, Rena Takeda as Haruka's sister-in-law Mizuki Mizusawa, and Ayu Higashi as Jin's partner nanaha Izumi. Yō Maejima and Ayana Siramoto are returning from the second season as Kamen Rider Amazon Neo and Karasu Amazon, respectively. Eiji Akaso is also returning from the second season.

The 13-episode first season debuted in April 2016 on Amazon Prime instant video in Japan, and streamed new episodes weekly. It premiered on BS Asahi and Tokyo MX in July 2016. The second season debuted on Amazon Prime on April 7.

Kamen Rider Heisei Generations FINAL is part of a series of Kamen Rider crossover films that open yearly. Last year's film, Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Rider, also opened in December. This year's film features Sento Kiryū/Kamen Rider Build, the protagonist of Toei's newest Kamen Rider series, and Emu Hōjō/Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, from the series before.
