TOKU to Air Ultraseven X Live-Action Series, Queen's Blade: Wandering Warrior Anime

Olympusat, Inc.'s television channel TOKU announced on Wednesday that it will air the Ultraseven X live-action television series for the first time in the United States. The series will air with English subtitles on June 5-12 on weekdays at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
The channel describes the 12-episode series as following "the story of a powerful and mysterious red and silver giant whose main mission is to protect mankind from the Shadow Rulers, an evil alien species who threatens conquer the planet and destroy humanity." The live-action series premiered in 2007 as the 23rd installment in the Ultra series.
TOKU is currently airing the Ultraman Nexus live-action television series in the same timeslot.
TOKU will also air the Queen's Blade: Wandering Warrior television anime series with English subtitles. The series will air from June 5 to August 21 on Mondays at 10:00 p.m. EDT. The channel describes the 12-episode series as following "the adventures of a group of young women who compete in a fighting tournament hoping become the next Queen."
The anime premiered in 2009 and inspired two sequel television series and five original video anime (OVA). Crunchyroll streamed the third series, Queen's Blade: Rebellion, as it aired in Japan. Media Blasters released the anime's first two television seasons, and Sentai Filmworks released the third television series and Queen's Blade: Beautiful Warriors OAV on home video in North America.
