I Can't Understand What My Husband is Saying's Coolkyoushinja Launches New Fukumaden Manga
posted on by Sarah Nelkin
Manga creator Coolkyoushinja launched a new manga titled Fukumaden in the July issue of Akita Shoten's Monthly Champion RED magazine on May 19. Coolkyoushinja is writing the manga under an alias, although neither Coolkyoushinja nor Akita Shoten have yet confirmed a romanization of the alias kanji.
The story of Fukumaden takes place in a world after the Demon King has been defeated by the hero. The hero makes a harem of women to pass down his blood, because the Demon King is fated to return in the next few hundred years. However, because he gathered too many girls, there are 100 women in waiting. The story depicts the women spending their time talking amongst each other as they wait for their turn to meet the hero.
Coolkyoushinja posted a four-page preview for the manga on Twitter on May 19.

Coolkyoushinja's four-panel manga Danna ga Nani o Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken (I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying) has inspired two television anime, both of which streamed on Crunchyroll as they aired in Japan. Coolkyoushinja's Komori-san wa Kotowarenai! (Komori-san Can't Decline) manga also inspired an anime last year that streamed on Crunchyroll as it aired.
Seven Seas licensed his Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid (Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon or The Dragon Maid of Kobayashi-san) manga for North America, and will release the first volume on October 18. The manga has an upcoming television anime adaptation.
