Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming the updated first promotional video for its upcoming Digimon Linkz smartphone game on Wednesday. The video previews the game's farm and Digimon-raising mechanics, allowing players to raise Digimon to use later in battle. The video also confirms the game's new 2016 release date, after initially being planned for this fall.
Bandai Namco Entertainment will release Digimon Linkz for iOS and Android devices. The game will be free to play, but will allow users to purchase in-game items.
The game is currently accepting pre-registration. The game already has over 50,000 pre-registrants, and since the game surpassed 10,000-pre-registrant mark, all users will receive a free V-mon as a bonus.
