Takahiro Sakurai Joins Haikyu!! Second Season Anime as Akiteru Tsukishima

The 49th issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is revealing on Monday that voice actor Takahiro Sakurai (Code Geass' Suzaku, Mononoke's Medicine Seller, K's Izumo Kusanagi) is joining the cast of the Haikyu!! Second Season anime series as Kei's older brother Akiteru Tsukishima. The issue is also revealing the line art for the character both in the present and during his middle school years.
The series premiered on October 3 and is listed with 25 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan and describes the story:
After losing to Aoba Johsai at the Inter-High, the Karasuno High Volleyball Team is working their hardest toward the Spring Tournament. Sentai Filmworks has licensed the sequel series for home video.
The first season of the anime adaptation of Haruichi Furudate's volleyball manga premiered in April 2014. Sentai Filmworks has licensed and released the series on home video in North America, and Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired.
The anime franchise received two compilation films on July 3 and September 18.
