Sega announced on Tuesday that it will release Hatsune Miku Project mirai Deluxe in Japan for the Nintendo 3DS. The game will be released in spring 2015. The game is the Japanese version of Hatsune Miku Project mirai Remix, a complete version of the Hatsune Miku Project Mirai 2 sequel that will be released in the west and Asia next year.
A new promotional video featuring Miku and her friends re-rendered in 3D is currently in production, and Pinokio is composing the opening theme song. More details about the game will be revealed in Kadokawa's Famitsu magazine's October 2 & 9 combined issue, which is scheduled to be released on Thursday. The game will be displayed at the Tokyo Game Show event between September 18 to 21.
The Japanese games feature music from Hatsune Miku and other Vocaloid singers, but with designs of Good Smile Company's Nendoroid dolls. Hatsune Miku and Future stars Project mirai shipped in Japan in 2012, and Hatsune Miku Project Mirai 2 shipped last November.
