Seven Seas Licenses Contrast Boys' Love Manga

(November 13, 2024) — Seven Seas Entertainment is thrilled to announce the license acquisition of the Boys Love manga Contrast by itz. A sweet story about just how complicated love can be when opposites attract.

Kanata is a handsome young man who can't help but be the center of attention, even when his mind is miles away. Akira is the perfect student who barely talks to anyone. They don't know each other's classes or even their names, but they can't forget each other's faces. One day, these two happen to meet on a stairwell near the rooftop. From then on, that roof becomes their secret rendezvous spot. Slowly they discover that while they might be very different on the outside, they both have feelings for each other. Contrast will be released for the first time in the English language in July 2025 for $18.99 USA / $25.99 CAN, with the manga available in a single large-trim edition as part of the Seven Seas BL Label (Boys' Love titles). An ebook edition will also be available on digital platforms.
