Shinshokan's Yuri Manga Magazine Hirari Ends Publication

The 14th volume of Shinshokan's yuri manga magazine Pure Yuri Anthology Hirari announced on Wednesday that that it will end publication with that issue. The magazine first launched in 2010 with a new issue released every four months.
The magazine's staff expressed its heartfelt gratitude to both the authors and readers for their support across the 14 issues. The staff added that while the physical pages of Hirari will disappear, the "genes" will "tenaciously and strongly" live on. The notice ends by saying, "Let's meet again, somewhere."
The magazine had been serializing works by Gido Amagakure, Ken Kurogane, Inumaru, Yuki Isoya, Yukimura, Sumako Kari, Misono Sawa, Yōko Imamura, Mera Hakamada, FUJIO, Hiromi Takashima, Ocha, Kumichō, Hotori Michino, Furiko Yotsuhara, Akiko Morishima, Milk Morinaga, Hachi Itō, Ayami Kazama, Tamaki Fuji, and TONO.
