Shana & SAO's Asuna Face-Off in Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Video

Publisher ASCII Media Works and game developer Sega teased a short video from Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax, their crossover 2D fighting game, during a Saturday stage event at the "Game no Dengeki" booth at Tokyo Game Show 2013.
The game is the fourth collaboration between ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko imprint and Sega, and it marks Dengeki Bunko's 20th anniversary. In the teaser video, Asuna from Reki Kawahara's Sword Art Online light novel series and Shana from Yashichiro Takahashi's Shakugan no Shana light novel series face-off in a one-on-one battle. In the background, tanks from Sega's Valkyria Chronicles are visible.
No platform for the game was announced at the event, but the staff assured fans that there would be more playable characters than just Asuna and Shana. Shakugan no Shana's Wilhelmina and Sword Art Online's Leafa appear in screenshots for the game.
Further information about the game will be revealed at the “Dengeki Bunko Autumn Festival 2013” event at the Akihabara UDX & Belle Salle in Tokyo on October 6. The event will have demo stations where players can test the game with Asuna, Shana, and other characters.
