AKB48 Is 1st Female Group to Have 5-Dome Tour in Japan

The AKB48 concert at the Nippon Budokan arena on Sunday revealed that the idol group will hold a 5-Dome Concert Tour this summer. AKB48 will be the first female group to ever to have a concert tour that visits this many domes in Japan. It was also announced that there would be a personnel shift in the groups, with Yui Yokoyama to return solely to her post at AKB48 instead of also holding a membership with NMB48, and Aki Takajō and the rest of the “kaigai-gumi” holding a dual post with both JKT48 and AKB48.
