Japanese Music Group Yousei Teikoku to Perform at Anime Boston

Anime Boston announced on Thursday that Japanese musical group Yousei Teikoku will attend the convention this year at the May 24-26 event.
Yousei Teikoku, whose name means "Fairy Emipire," has been together since 1997. The group's style combines a gothic lolita fashion with a sound inspired from both classical and heavy metal music. The band as performed theme songs for various anime including the opening themes for Future Diary, Innocent Venus, and Qwaser of Stigmata, and the ending themes for Venus Versus Virus, and Katanagatari, among others.
Anime Boston also announced that Japanese gothic lolita fashion designer IBI will attend the convention. Anime Boston will be held at the Hynes Convention Center.
Previously-announced guests include Chris Ayres, Greg Ayres, Lauren Landa, Cherami Leigh, Tomohiko Ito, Shinichiro Kashiwada, Yasuhiro Koshi, David Matranga, ORIGA, Bryce Papenbrook, Raj Ramayya, Stephanie Sheh, Tom Wayland, Kari Wahlgren and Shinichi Watanabe (aka Nabeshin).
