Comic Sumomo launched on August 10, 2010 as a spinoff (with the concept of "fresh, cute, and just slightly H heroines") from Futabasha's Manga Action magazine. Kagesaki (Chibi Vampire/Karin) had moved her Onii-chan Control from Comic High! to Comic Sumomo for that launch.
