Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, September 24-30

We Were There, Inu x Boku S.S., Hakuōki, Dog Days join Kuroko's Basketball at top

The special edition DVD of the first live-action film based on the We Were There manga sold 4,239 copies to debut at #10 on the overall DVD ranking chart for the week. The regular edition landed at #21 with 2,948 copies. The Ultraman Saga film dropped from #5 to to #27 in its second weekk. It sold 2,256 more copies for a new total of 8,054. The limited first edition DVD of the Sengoku Basara 2 play was #40 with 1,557 copies.
