Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie's TV Preview Aired

A special three-minute preview for the new Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie film aired during this week's episode of Naruto Shippūden on Thursday. The preview features footage from the film and an interview with Naruto manga creator Masashi Kishimoto. The video also previews the 34-minute motion comic DVD that the first 1.5 million movie-goers will receive.
The film will open on July 28 and will feature a story and character designs personally created by Kishimoto.
The film will be the sixth Naruto Shippūden film and ninth Naruto film overall. Naruto Shippūden: Blood Prison, the fifth Naruto Shippūden film, opened last July. Viz Media released the second Naruto Shippūden film, Naruto Shippūden the Movie: Bonds, in American theaters last October.
