Los Angeles Akira Showing Presented by Sean Lennon

Los Angeles Animation Festival posted the schedule for its third annual film festival on Tuesday. This year, Katsuhiro Ōtomo's 1988 film Akira is the only anime title being screened. The film will be shown on March 8 at the Regent Showcase in Los Angeles. The screening will be presented by musician Sean Lennon, who also serves as Artistic Director for the festival. Tickets are available through the LAAF website.
