Even a Monkey Can Draw Manga's Aihara Starts Zombie Manga

Manga about zombie extermination police force launches in Nihon Bungeisha's Bessatsu Manga Goraku mag
The January issue of Nihon Bungeisha's Bessatsu Manga Goraku magazine began serialization on Kōji Aihara's (Even A Monkey Can Draw Manga) new manga Z ~Zed~ on Friday.
Z ~Zed~ is a zombie manga set in contemporary Japan where a mysterious phenomenon has started turning humans into monsters. The first chapter revolves around the zombie extermination police force and a young boy and his classmate who have been turned into zombies.
Aihara and Kentaro Takekuma drew the three-volume Even A Monkey Can Draw Manga between 1990-1992. The North American manga publisher Viz Media published the first volume of the manga in 2002.
