ADV, Funimation Add New Anime Titles Online

ADV Films and its Anime Network affiliate have announced that they have added downloadable versions of Parasite Dolls, the first computer-animated Appleseed film, Burn Up!, Angelic Layer, Madlax, two seasons of UFO Princess Valkyrie, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Aquarian Age, E’s Otherwise, and Sister Princess on Sony's PlayStation Network (PSN) service for the PlayStation 3 and PSP consoles. (Parasite Dolls and Appleseed are also available for rent on PSN.) ADV and Anime Network are putting anime on Google's Android Market for mobile devices running the Android operating system as well.
Another North American anime distributor, Funimation, has announced that it has added Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo, Strain: Strategic Armored Infantry, and the Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid television series to Apple's iTunes Store. It also uploaded Glass Fleet to Microsoft's XBox Live Marketplace for the Xbox 360 console. Finally, Funimation has announced that it is streaming subtitled episodes of Pretty Cure and Dragonaut on its own website.
