Rosario + Vampire TV Anime Commercial Posted Online

The official website of the Rosario + Vampire romantic comedy anime has posted the commercial that promotes its television premiere in Japan next week. The anime is based on Akihisa Ikeda's original manga about a boy who fails to get into any high school except the Youkai Academy. The boy then discovers that the academy is for magical beings only, so he must hide his human identity to stay alive — and to stay close to a cute vampire at the academy with whom he has grown smitten. The website also has the earlier promotional movie that was first posted in October. (In the linked page, select the bottom-rightmost button.) The manga ran in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Jump magazine and was one of the few titles to migrate to the more widely read Weekly Shonen Jump after the former magazine ceased publication.
