Japanese Box Office: May 5-6

Spider-Man 3 easily took over the top of the Japanese box office chart for the weekend of May 5-6. That meant Detective Conan [Case Closed]: Jolly Roger in the Deep Azure finally dropped to #3 after two weeks roosting on top. Spider-Man 3's premiere also bumped Fist of the North Star - True Saviour Legend off the chart a week after its debut. The Gegege no Kitarō live-action remake sat at #2 for its second week, and Crayon Shin-chan [Shin Chan]: The Singing Bomb stayed at #4 in its third week. Source: Kogyo Tsushinsha
