Toei has announced that a new Pretty Cure TV series, Yes! Precure 5, will premiere on February 4.
Madhouse has announced that is producing a new, original animated movie entitled "Piano no Mori ~The Perfect World of Kai~", or "The Piano Forest." The movie, which has it's official website here is due to be released in July 2007.
Studio Bones will adapt Shōtarō Ishinomori's The Skull Man into an anime TV series. The series will be directed by Yutaka Izubuchi and is due out in Spring 2007. The official website is here.
The official website for Dancougar Nova, the upcoming addition to the Dancougar franchise, now open. The TV series will premier on February 15.
avex entertainment has added a page for Murder Princess to their website. Murder Princess is being adapted into an OAV series by Bee Train, the first of 6 episodes is due out in late March.
According to the recently released Comic Blade Masamune Winter, Sonishi Kenji's Neko Ramen 4-koma manga has been adapted into an anime TV series and will premiere on December 28. The full announcement can be read here.
A streaming trailer for the Dengeki Bunko Movie Festival, can be seen here (narrowband) and here (broadband). The Dengeki Bunko Movie Festival will include the Shakugan no Shana movie, Kino no Tabi: Byōki no Kuni - For You-, and the Inukami! movie and is scheduled for theatrical release in April.
The official website for Engage Planet Kissdum is here. The TV series will be animated by Satelight and will feature mecha designs by Shōji Kawamori and character designs by Sushio . Engage Planet Kissdum will premiere sometime in 2007.
The official website for Zero no Tsukaima, confirms production of a second season. No further details are available.
A TV series based on Higuchi Asa's baseball manga Ookiku Furikabutte, serialized in Afternoon, is in production. It is being animated by A-1 Pictures Inc. and directed by Tsutomu Mizushima, who directed Genshiken and xxxHOLiC. The official website is here, and broadcaster TBS has a page here.
Shueisha has announced that Nakahara Aya's Love★Con (Lovely Complex) is to be adapted into an anime TV series. The Love★Con manga is licensed by Viz.

The official website for a new anime variety program, "Short DE Anime Damashii," is now online here. The half-hour TV series, which premieres tomorrow (December 28), will include numerous short anime such as Neko Ramen and Kasan'in Desu ga Nani ka?
A "Bakuretsu Tenshi - Infinity -" (Burst Angel: Infinity-) DVD set will be released on March 23. The new DVD set will include a new Burst Angel OAV entitled "Jo & Meg's Blues," a digest version of the series, and numerous other extras.
