Umizaru debuts in 4th
No Anime in the top 10 at the Japanese box office this past weekend, but Umizaru, a live action movie adapted from Shuho Sato's popular manga debuted in 4th place overall. Umizaru is the directorial debut of Eiichirō Hasumi, who was an assistant director of Bayside Shakedown and Bayside Shakedown 2, the most successful Japanese live action movie of all time (Spirited Away is the most successful Japanese movie of all time).
