ADV announces Evangelion Platinum

ADV Films has sent out a press release announcing the upcoming release of Neon Genesis Evangelion - Platinum Edition. The Platinum edition will be released on 7 DVDs (one less than the previous release) and will include 5.1 audio tracks in English and Japanese and numerous new extras. Later volumes of the Platinum release will also include the four director's cut episodes.
